Game online shopping

We ordered something online and when they delivered the package to me then it was the wrong items and now if we phone them to get the correct item nobody can help me. It is a a bad experience they deduct the money but cant even sent the right items and sent some cheap products that isn't even worth the money. I will never buy from Game again......
