Game Online Shopping

Game is the most *********** shop I've ever dealt with. Their online platform is the worse and their staff is not assistant at all and are not even committed to fixing my issue. My mom purchased furniture and it was not processed on their side but the payment went through. This transacting happened on the 30th of December and still no assistance to date but she has to pay an installment on month end. Please tell me how this could possibly be fair to the customer. Paying for something you have not received. This is just poor service from Game and we are just not impressed at all. Game seriously needs to work on their customer service skills because this is very disappointing
