Game online shop

Bought a item 2 weeks ago. Website showed stock available. Now I still have to wait for the product 2 weeks don the line and no one able to give a estimated time for the product to be delivered. Totally unacceptable because its already paid in full with delivery costs but agreement not met from seller side
