Game Online services...Pathetic

I have purchased a fridge from game via game online services which was on black friday. When the fridge was delivered and packaging was removed there was dents on the fridge door. I had raised the concern with Game immediately for an exchange. Till date 2months later there is no solution or my product exchanged. They have contacted me a month back and offered me R400 to keep the product. That is absolutely nonsense when I have paid thousands for a product that was delivered damaged.
