Game - Online services a disgrace

Game online services are the worst. I placed a order in November already and did not receive it. I had to go to Cradlestone Mall to query about my order because I could not get hold of an agent telephonically. The lady at Cradlestone put me on the phone and the agent said I will receive my order within 2 days. 2 weeks has passed again without any delivery or any feedback. Spare yourself the trouble and NEVER order anything from Game.
