game online your service is pathetic. I placed an order on the 25th of July (a week ago) and a day later I got an email and a text that the delivery failed. I contacted the driver who explained that one of my items was not available .... fair enough today after I called to enquire and spoke to a very rude agent (Yusrah) I got a call from a delivery guy to tell me he was at my address to pick up my returns. How do I return something that I haven't received? Suprisingly on the same day I ordered from MAKRO and they delivered within two days.
