Game online service online just as bad as instore

I thought it would be convenient to purchase online from Game. Mistake!!! They have a 2-5 day delivery policy. I bought the Item last week Friday and got a notification yesterday the Item is out for delivery and I waited all day nothing came. Today I got in contact with the support team and all the could say is my item will be delivered some time next week. Never again online service just as bad as in store just close the doors service are poor all round.

Yes I am still waiting on that call. I thought buying it online means more convenient but clearly it is as bad as your stores with bad service and attitude.
