Game online service is the worst.
I bought a fridge from their online store. They delivered a faulty fridge and they say that tbey are escalating the issue. I bought a fridge to use now I am stuck with a faulty fridge and no help from game.

I received a call saying defy will come inspect the fridge.
First of all I never entered into a contract with defy. I paid my money at game so if game has a problem with defy products I believe game should take it up with defy that should not be my problem.
Please arrange for this fridge to be picked up and delivered to your store or I'll actually involve my attorneys because this was an agreement between a seller and a buyer now I am a bit confused when I have to deal with a third party which is defy while I paid my money to game stores.
Please sort this out with immediate effect as it is inconveniencing my life. Regards L.S Bulube
