Game Online service is the Worst!

Bought a stove online. Upon stove arrival we saw that the stove was not the colour that we ordered. We immediately logged a return as the colour they advertised does not exist. The stove is still closed in the plastics. It's been 7 days now and no communication from Game online section. Still waiting for our refund and for them to pick up the stove. We can't get hold of anyone to assist us.
