Game online service is so poor

Order number *** Ordered and paid online 30th October Order canceled by game, with zero communication. Their chat line do not work. Their call center agent talks to me while eating and first say 2 to 3 days delivery time then later calls to say order canceled.

I will never support this pathetic company again
