Game online service is awful

I placed an online order on the 10th of June and still I haven't received my item. When I placed the order the delivery date was suppose to be within 7 to 10 working days. I have called the call centre and the agent says it's not 7-10 days it's 10-14 days. Retroactively changing delivery times after you have the money is a horrible sneaky thing to do. I was also told cancelling the order and getting a refund will take 14-21 working days. The worst part is no one can give me any information about my order, I keep getting told to count the days or that I will be notified but no information ever materializes. Game has made it so I don't get my item in a reasonable about of time but I also can't get a refund in a reasonable about of time to buy my item elsewhere.
