Game online service is a headache

I am not satisfied with their customer service especially online, I place order online the status of the order has not changed at all it has been on progress i called them and sent them several times with no respond, they said my order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days this is the 4th day no response no communication from them i do not like their service at all .at least if they were communicating than just being quite and ignoring our emails and calls its so stressful.
