Game online service ***********, late delivery

I purchased two items , a 20l Russel Hobbs microwave and Samsung galaxy A20 cellphone on black Friday 29 Nov . I have only received the cell phone but am still long awaiting the microwave.

It is frustrating that there is no communication whatsoever with regards to the delay. I have contacted support numerous times all they say is the delivery will be on Friday.. it has been many Fridays since the black Friday and way past the stipulated time ,15 days. I have logged in a support ticket on the 6th of January 2020 ticket ID ***1 they dont respond ever.

And now that I am asking for answers I called Leander she said she is going to contact courier company and the she would get back to me end of business day. Until now. I am still awaiting her call.

I would really appreciate if your team assists me as soon as yesterday. My order is long overdue. If dont have stock at least say so and initiate a refund. it is still pending.
