GAME ONLINE SERVICE

I purchased a Samsung A21s on Game's online store. I did the full payment and received a confirmation email on the same day. When I ordered this cell phone the products availability was in stock. 5 days later I contacted game spoke to the different consultants who confirmed that there was no more stock and they are still waiting for stock from their suppliers. They couldn't confirm when they were getting stock of the phone either . This was ridiculous service from Game. Why advertise for a product that you have no availability of? I still have not received my refund which I have requested. No correspondence has been sent to me regarding this refund either.
