Game online service

The Game online service is pathetic, unprofessional and borderline misleading advertising. I placed an order for a laptop on the 30/04/2020 and it was promised to be delivered in 5-7 days. Up until today, I have not received any communication with regards to my delivery.

I have sent number e-mails, contacted them on Twitter and Facebook but without even a response. I am supposed to use this laptop for my academic work as universities have started with e-Learning.
