Game Online Servcie -Terrible!!!

My daughter was very excited to use her Christmas money to buy a pair of roller blades. I placed an online order and payment was made and receipt thereof acknowledged. The day after placing the order (31 December 2021) I received an e-mail confirming the roller blades have been dispatched and are on their way. I then received an email on 6 December to say the package has been delivered! It was most definitely NOT delivered. I contacted the online support centre that same day to advise I did not receive the roller blades and subsequently I have phoned the support line every single day!!! There have been promises by each and every consultant that I spoke to confirming they will phone me back, not once did I receive a phone call back. Then the blame game started, and the consultants accused the store where the order was coming from (Game N1 City) of being inefficient still with the promise to contact me back the same day with feedback. Again, no return phone call was ever received. So here I am 13 days later, out of excuses or an explanation to my daughter as to why she still does not have her roller blades she paid for with her own money! I again contacted the online centre yesterday morning and insisted on speaking to a manager, only to be told the managers only come in later after 10h00 (nice cushy jobs they have). I phoned again this morning (12 January 2022) to speak to a manager and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I eventually had to hang up as I am a working mother and have a job to do unlike Game employees it seems! The service has been **********.....actually, let me rephrase that, the service is non-existent! and I will never purchase online with Game again! My daughter is severely disappointed and I am angry! I tried phoning the N1 City store directly but no surprises there, the phone rings for a couple if minutes and then just cuts off. I am even weary to even try and cancel the online purchase as I will probably wait for months to receive a credit!!!!
