Game online ****** me of my delivery of R1024.99

Online *******. I made an online order on the 25 Nov 2020 for 7 items totaling R1024.99 and included was a one delivery fee of R90. Game decided to have the delivery company called Dawnwing deliver a bin out of the whole delivery as a split delivery and that the other items will be delivered later on as confirmed by dawning agent over the phone. Till today I'm still waiting. On their reports everything was delivered to me by both dawning and game customer service. So I'm a stupid customers trusted them with my money. I asked for proof that i received all items as they claim...apparently that's not available. I would like to warm people to stop using game online or you will end up paying R1024.99 for a bin. No one gives a **** about you the customer, you are shopping at your own risk. I am on maternity with a 1 month old and i always shop online with all companies and never have I ever received such cap service in my life. To think everything in my house from washing machine, basket, fridge, is all from game. I even closed my credit account with them...I would never shop there even if it's offline. I have sent emails after email. Calls after calls and no one is giving me any feedback. At least the useless delivery company dawning had the guys to bluntly tell me I'm not receiving anything from them and i should deal with game, even though their records states I received two parcels instead of one. A BIN WORTH R75 at a price of R1024.99.

At least someone received bonus at my expense. You could have at least asked for donation nicely.
