Game Online & Return done at Game Amanzimtoti

I bought a tv online and when it was delivered I figured it wasn’t the one I wanted and filled for purchase return a day after the tv was delivered so I that I can exchange and top up to get the one I want and received an email stating il be refunded in 3-5working days but the customer service manager is telling me that I will have to wait for 21 days in order for them to allow me to top up n get the one I want Which is unacceptable because you can’t terms and conditions saying another this and the store tells you a different story.
