Game Online Refund Service Non Existent.

Game online has no after sales service and have no ability to process a refund. I have been waiting since Friday the 19th to have my refund processed. When trying to follow-up online I get told that they are waiting for a manager at a store. I truly do not understand why a refund is so difficult to processed , it is such a simple task. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion and the service is appalling.
