When I, was collecting the parcel I, received the E-mail stating that the refund on the cancelation order or item was process and the money should be in my account after 03 - 05 working day. After that time lapsed I, made an enquiry I was now told the refund takes up to 7 - 14 working days for the money to be credited in my account. Chri******e Simpson from Game online requested my bank details via email, details were send. The money is not yet in my account. You can make a payment now and pay for goods, but when you suppose to get credit, you must wait for half month before you receive your money. Game online, is time to introduce wallet or something where refund money can be seen and easily to withdraw to your bank account.
