Game online refund

Kindly assist me, (Ordered Number : ***) I ordered two items at game on the 17th of December, the was a promotion at game on that anything you will ordered before 17 of December will be delivered to you before Christmas, unfortunately i received one item on the 21st of December, when i asked the driver about the second item he told that they gave only one item.

on the 31st i received a call from game online, they told me that they don't have a stock for my second item, they further asked if i till want that items, i told them to cancel the order because i wanted to use the item before Christmas and she agreed

on the 04th of January i received second call from game online the told me that my Oder will be delivered on Friday 06th January, i told them to cancel the order cause by the time they delivered i won't be around because am going back to Gauteng since i was at Limpopo for holidays.

on the 06th January i received i call from the game/ courier driver for delivery. i told him that am not at home but he can deliver the order. the person who received the order told me that he told the driver that the item is wet and driver said it only the box that is wet, he then leave, when they open the box they found out that the item is went. i call the driver in morning to come and collect the item, he told to log return call from game.

i couldn't to log immediately since it was weekend. on Monday i log the call from game the responded by asking me to send the picture of the item. i have them the pictures that i have. they told to send the whole item's picture, i told them that i don't have another picture since there was no one at home and i told them to cancel the order because there will be no one at home, they insist and tell me that there is nothing they can assist me with since there is no picture.

on the 11th of January i asked someone to take the item to game Giyani since there is no one at home.

Since from then i have not heard anything from them, am waiting for my refund.
