Game Online Purchases

I purchased a dishwasher yesterday (4 December @ 10h00) - the payment went through then nothing. No payment confirmation. No receipt. No order confirmation. I then phoned 0861 426 333 / ***73 / ********** trying desparately to get hold of someone. The first no was just busy all the time, the second no could not assist - it was not their department. The third no literally kept me on hold for 20 minutes.

SO MUCH FOR QUICK ONLINE PURCHASES.

I eventually tracked someone down late yesterday evening and received an order no and a reference no with the promise that an email would follow giving me an update and detailsl.

It is now literally 24 hours later and guess what I am again on the phone and I have been able to type this email while holding for someone to answer

This is pathetic and truly a waste of time - online service is supposed to make your life easier not harder

I have spent valuable time and effort still without a result.

Phone answered - no they cannot find my order even though I have an order and a reference number.

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM GAME STORES - IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!
