GAME ONLINE PURCHASE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did an online purchase of 2 x Water/air Coolers last week Thursday, the delivery is stated as 3-5days, i called to Sunday to find out any update because after the order was confirmed i received no other news, On Sunday i was told they were still in the delivery timeframe and that the order will probably be given to the couriers by Monday the 24th Dec, i didnt hear anything or receive any Sms like they said, i called again on the 26th and was told they were still in the delivery time frame and that i would receive an sms once the stuff was with the courier, on the 28th i still received no sms so i called again, this time i was told the delivery time frame has changed from 3-5days to 7-10days so they are still in the time frame and i should wait, MY QUESTION CHANGED BY WHO? WHY? WHEN? WHY DIDNT I RECEIVE ANY INFO WITH REGARDS TO IT??? i asked the lady why cant you give me info, she told me that she will find out and call me back, they day is finished i received not FEEDBACK, NO REFERENCE FOR THE CALL, THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE BY FAR!!!! ITS HOT!!! ITS HOLIDAYS!!! WHAT WILL I DO WITH THE AIR/WATER COOLERS ONCE THE HOLIDAYs ARE FINISHED????? WHY NO FEEDBACK?????? WHO ARE WE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT?????????????????????
