Game Online Purchase service is Pathetic

Please DONOT buy anything online. I was not aware that a fridge was not an essential item as my current fridge broke down and been a loyal GAME customer i bought one online. I desperately needed a fridge to refrigerate all my essential food products from going off. I called the online support team 3 times and sent 12 emails. I held on 20min plus and when i finally spoke to someone and provided my order details unfortunately i got cut off all 3 times. No one bothered contacting me back and when i spoke t someone they could not assist me even after i pleaded how desperate i was. I also advised that i would provide a police affidavit as proof that i really needed the fridge. i paid online for delivery as well and i mentioned to the support agent that i would even collect the fridge if i have to. I am very disgusted at the service in this desperate time and i would suggest to all people out there never to purchase anything from GAME as they are unwilling to help.
