GAME ONLINE PURCHASE SERIOUS ISSUES
I ordered two items on promotional price. I got an email from Game saying my order is cancelled. NO ONE CAN EMAIL WEBSUPPORT FOR SOME REASON ANYMORE!!! I called them and they told me that my orders are on their way. One item was delivered, I call to inquire about my second item, they say its out of stock. I went online today, ONLY TO SEE THAT GAME HAS THE ITEM (NOT IN STOCK) AVAILABLE ON NORMAL PRICE. I call they can't give me a clear answer, they will investigate. I GET MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT AND I AM CHARGED FOR BOTH ITEMS.
