Game Online purchase no stock and no refund

I purcased a Defy 13 dishwasher online on special for R2999 on 16 Jul 2024 and made immediate EFT payment. The order number is *** and it was confrimed. On the same day, I received an email that the item was out of stock and Game cancelled the order. I enquired why they advertised items they have no stock off and took money from me. I demanded an immediate refund. I kept following up and have not been refunded to date. I spoke to one Priscilla Madwayi and was constantly provided with generic response of refund within 7-14 days. Also spke to Aadam Elias who requested my bank statement of which I did on 3 Aug 2024 and he has not reverted since. I also called but to no avail. It is bad business practice to advertise items you have no stock of and keep the customer's money. I am not happy in the unsatisfactory manner Game Store has dealt with me. I do not advise online pruchases from Game Store without checking they have stock as 14 days has passed and they have not refunded me as yet.
