Game online purchase mess

I purchased a fridge online since the 20th of March . Their delivery promise is 7days however I waited more than 7days excluding weekends and holidays . I then called to cancel the order and was told my refund would be processed on Monday as soon as the merchandise returns to the store. I have been sending emails but no feedback . I was asked to send my banking details at which I did but still no money reflecting in my account . No one is keeping me up to speed with the refund progress. Im really disappointed and angry at this point in time. Firstly I was inconvenienced with the delivery process as I had to live more than 8days without a fridge and now I don't have money to run my errands because I had to purchase a fridge and Now No refund processed. I just want my MONEY ASAP
