Game online purchase , item not delivered
Worst online purchase , I placed an online order from game store for a Samsung 13KG Top Load Washing Machine on the 27th of June, Then on the 13th of July i get a notification that my order has been dispatched, today is Friday the 17th of July my order has not been delivered, When i try to call I can't reach them, I tried the online chat but it doesn't work, Emailing them is just a waste of time who wants to wait for 72 hours for a mail reply.. This is very bad service they say -14 working days delivery but that time has elapsed . I'm never buying online from game again it was the first and the last. I am not happy with you service

I believe it does not take a day to pick up the phone and call the dispatch /Courier side to get information on why my washing machine has not delivered as yet, if it was dispatched last week Monday.
This is taking too long, kindly provide me with an ETA.

Hi Tammy,

It's been three days now, and you did not get back to me.
1-No one bothered to give me a call advise me that the delivery will be delayed.
2- All I hear is that you are investigating this issue but there's no results that proves that this issue has been investigated at all since no feedback is provided.
3-you say you delivery takes 10 to 14 days, but it day number 17 and I am still waiting without any assurance and yet I gave you my assurance by paying the order and entrusting you.
4- I am not happy with your customer service at all since it clearly to me it shows that once the customer has done an online purchase , you don't care about their items , whether the item is delivered late or you don't do any follow ups with your courier guys.
5- It is very sad to see that I am not the only customer complaining about items purchased online but not delivered, but I can not speak for them I speak for my self.
Can my order be delivered by Friday, if you fail to deliver just advise on how i can get my money ASAP, So i can purchase the washing machine somewhere else.
