Game online purchase is very bad.

I did an online purchase on the game website for a tablet on the 27 June 2020. received an email on the 01 July 2020 saying that my item has been dispatched, and the game courier company will contact me for more details. A week passed with no communication and then, i called in to enquirer, I was told that the 14 working days of delivery have not yet passed, and my query will be escalated. a week passed again, when I called in, I was told that they cannot reach the dispatching department to track my items, that was the case everyday when I called to enquirer for the third week. finally this week one of their agents told me they are out of stock for the item, and they advice that I request a refund as they do not know when they will have stock again, to my surprise to hear that, as my item was supposed to be dispatched for delivery. that took game 4 weeks to tell me. never again am buying anything from game again.
