GAME ONLINE PURCHASE IS A NIGHTMARE

On the 7th of September 2019 I ordered 420L Hisense fridge plus 10 piece Hart pots and on the 10th of September the pots were delivered and when I called to check why the fridge was not delivered I was told that it will be delivered by a different courier service and will receive it on Friday the 13th or the next day. On Saturday I called and was told that the courier service does not make deliveries on weekends. Monday the 16th I called again and was told that the courier company had the wrong address. Each day when I call its a different story the only thing similar is each story is that each one confirms that the fridge was dispatched, and as to why it hasn't been delivered at the same address that the pots were delivered its still a mystery. I have even requested them to reimburse me if they are failing to deliver or advertised an item that they did not have in stock. I'm very disappointed in the service even on the day that the pots were delivered nobody bothered to call me regarding the fridge, I had to call when I saw only 1 little box been delivered.
