Game Online Purchase - extremely poor service!!!!

Placed an online order for stationery, money was deducted for the full order. Later (after following up endless times through calls) on I was informed that some items on the order were out of stock. Getting the delivery for some of the items which were said to be in stock was a mission impossible. Part of my order was delivered after I spent more than two hours on phone calls being tossed around between customer care and stores where my orders were coming from. I am still waiting for the rest of my order and refund for the items out of stock.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.
