Game online purchase

I bought a phone online at game on the 7th of January I made a eft payment. After I received a confirmation email to say my order will be dispatched. Since then I have haven't been contacted by anyone until this day. I made several calls and they said they will come back to me they are still investigating what happened until this day. I have lost my money. They the have zero care for their customers. You send emails no one is responding. Just now I get a confirmation email to say my phone was delivered. To who was it delivered to no one is saying anything. I regret the day I made an online order on thier website. I phoned game every day and they assured me that my phone will be delivered until this day I mustn't worry only to fined that I will be ****med. If they say they delivered it, which courier company are they using it. And how reliable are they. I think they are used to **** people thier dispatch department. It is more than three weeks now phone and no refund as well. No communication on thier side. Worst service I have experience. Money that is lost and time as well. Please please never use game online for any purchase you will loose your hard earned money. 😭😭😭 The only person who phoned said I will come back to you up until this day no feed from them.
