Game online purchase

My wife decided it's finally time to get herself an air fryer. So she went online and bought a Defy 4L air fry at Game which we could pick up the following day. Friday date of pick up they call to say the system has crash and we should come back the next day.

Second day of the pick up still the same problem and no solution. Depending on what time this specific store closes (soshanguve crossing mall) we have been waiting for almost 3 hours now. For a stress free day I won't buy anything online. In conclusion their tech support is very useless...
