Game Online Purchase

I purchased a washing machine from Game Online on 10 December 2018. Since today, 22 December 2018, I have to hear that nobody can find the washing machine as it seems that "the courier company lost a couple of items". I have been backwards and forwards trying to get someone to help me. Spoke to the warehouse yesterday when the gentleman promised to revert. Heard nothing yesterday, followed up this morning, only to hear that he has gone on leave. Spoke to someone else who cannot help me as they cannot contact the courier or whoever on a Saturday as they are closed. Needless to say very hard lesson learned not to purchase anything from Game Online.
