Game Online Poor Service

I bought casio calculators online from Game on 28 February 2022 which were showing to be in stock in their website but after paying for the calculators they told me that they no longer have the stock and told me that I will be refunded but today's date is 26 May 2022 and I have not received my refund, I have been sending my banking details to their emails (*** and ***) and every time when I send my banking details they say they haven't received it and that has been happening for more than ten times. Game service is very poor and their staff is so ***********. How can a business keep their customer's money for such a long time. They are taking interest free loan from their customers. I cannot recommend anyone to buy online from Game.
