Game online poor service

The first and last time I will ever buy from game online store. I bought 2 x 24 inch monitors a month ago and only received 1. The problem is the courier company according to game. Somewhere along the line my order was either ******, lost or never send. Looks like this is now my loss. Thanks another game for this poor service.
