Game online pathetic service

I have ordered a android streaming device at game and I was promised that it will delivered within 7 working days and it is now say 11 without me receiving the device.I was cancelled another order that I placed and I have not received any refund on day 11 and the agents tell me that within 14 working days. How pathetic is this service.?So I can order food and only receive it after 2 weeks,what’s the point?Stores like this need to learn that for them to be competitive is to be able to deliver with a speed of light and not take weeks for delivery otherwise they will perish quicker.I will never buy anything at this store ever.
