Game Online- Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic online service. I paid for my item on Black Friday and after many emails requesting my item to be delivered , around 2 weeks later , they confirmed that my item is out of stock and said they would give me a refund. Now Black Friday deals are over & I lost out the opportunity to get my item from any other suppliers.
