Game online. Pathetic service

I purchased a TV on game online on the 26 July 2022. I submitted relevant documents. The expected delivery was 02 August 2022. It is now the 11th and I am still awaiting delivery. The tv is still advertised online and the availability of stock is at game Umhlanga. Customer service says they are still sourcing stock and if I'm unhappy to wait I can always cancel the order. Why advertise a product and then say no stock. But online they are still advertising the product.
