Game online Pathetic service

I placed and order on 23rd of December 2021 iv paid for it an still I have not received my order. 9th January 2022 . I sent an email no response .I phoned the consultant informed me they had no stock . Then the consultant informed that they will ship my item from mossel Bay store I should receive an email .5 days later nothing . No email no item . So I'm laying complaint against game online .the service is pathetic .I highly recommend people to avoid online purchases from game has they have no idea what they are doing due to poor management.
