Game online pathetic service

Game online service is bad and i doubt i will ever buy online.I placed an online order on 29 Nov 2021 two days later i received a notification that it has been dispatched the courier services will contact me.Nothing until yhe 20th Dec 2021 when i asked them for a refund which they acknowledged receipt of my e-mail.Until today i have not received my money back and there is not even communication from Game.Game online is a **** how can you fail to deliver my order and fail again to give my refund?Anyone considering buying from game online must tjink twice.I also went to a game branch in Kokstad for assistance they told me they don't know how the online shopping works.Game does not have customer service at all
