Game Online! Pathetic and Frustrating

This is my reference number: 1pb6j I am so frustrated, angry, upset and disappointed. Never in my life have I experienced such bad service from any company in this country. I am upset, I am furious. I cant understand how the hell you operate and how you can allow this.

I bought a kreepy krauly, I paid for the items. When it was delivered two things happened: 1) The kreepy krauly itself wasn't in the box, it was only lose pipes 2) Then stuff that was in the box was used items full of dust, the box was in a bad used and stapled state.

Its been more than a week and no one has been able to help me get the right items.

I phone everyday, all I hear is that the complaints department is waiting for the store to respond.

What utter nonsense is this.

I paid for a product now I am not getting helped.

No one at Game can help me!

Is there any person in this big reputable company able to help me?
