Game Online "Our delivery promise is 3 - 5 days" Not True!

Ordered a Fridge on 26 November to be delivered in Soshanguve, Gauteng. 7 December today, thus 10 days have passed. Followed up with Dawn Wing Couriers during the past 2 days - "the appliance seem to be in Sasolburg"/ the appliance was handed over to TimeFreight couriers/delivery will be done on 5 December." Total confusion. No answers. No replies to emails. called online support, Octavia Zondi was helpful last night, sent mail to TimeFreight couriers, but all seem to be at the mercy of the couriers at the moment. Still, my transaction was with Game and I paid R300 for the (non) delivery.
