Game online orders - POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The service is pathetic, never order from game online. The customer experience is so poor. I ordered a fridge online, its been 7 days and i still have not received it, there is no feedback. you have to call them and query your order. Turns out there is no stock, and they dont know when they will get stock. If i request a refund, it will only be refunded in 14 working days, I can not change my order either. i can not get the fridge i ordered, i can not choose another fridge and i can not get my money back timeously to purchase another fridge.
