Game online orders

Please never order anything online at Game service is pathetic after receiving a third of my order I had to phone 12 times to get someone to assist how can get an oder and only pick 5 items in stead of 12. There is no one checking the orders and the email for queries gets an automatic response but no service. You will never get any sales from me. I ordered online because Game will advertise specials but get to the store when the sale starts there are never stock of advertised specials to be told it is sold out when the sale started that day. This company needs serious management.
