Game Online Ordering - Don't!

My daughter ordered a speaker from Game Online - I tried following up after a week of saying it was dispatched to courier and after holding on for 20 min I put phone down. After almost 2 weeks, I received a call asking if speaker was received and on answering no, please follow up - I received an email saying order was cancelled. No explanation, no feedback and a very upset daughter. I have had an issue around bicycles purchased from Game as well. I will never buy from Game again - customer service and needs are not a priority.
