I wish I could give zero stars. Orders a vacuum cleaner er on the 19 jan and it was delivered 21 jan but they sent me a used one. I then tried to get it returned or exchanged for a new one which took three weeks..after calling each week. They then arranged to have it collected a week and a half ago and to date no one has provided feedback on the refund. Do not use game for online ordering...ever
