Game online order mess
Bought a phone from the Game website on the 10th of August. Got a call from the courier on Saturday the 13th, saying they will arrange for the phone to be delivered on Monday. It's Wednesday the 17th and I still haven't received my device and the tracking number they gave me is incorrect. This is the third time that my Game order is delayed and I'm losing customers as a result of this. Very much disappointed with how they're treating me

18 Aug 2022, 12:51Still no luck with receiving my order, I've decided to cancel it. The consultant from the online chat gave me the update today that I got 2 days ago. Clearly the company isn't doing anything to assist me. Never buying from them again.
