Game online order is the WORST

Really unhappy with my online experience with a purchases made from you.

On the 25-11-2021, i placed an order. On the 30-11-2021 i received a mail indicating that my order was despatched and is on its way. Today 07-12-2021 i phoned your customer line to follow up on the order, I was in formed by Rebeca that none of my items was despatched. ***

I find this really unprofessional, the lack of communication and wrong info you providing your clients. This order was placed and was supposed to for my son’s birth day present that is on the 11-12-2021. What must i tell him? I will not recommend your service to anyone. I expect to hear back from you.
