Game online non delivery.

I bought a fridge from game online on 8 June 2020. To date, I am still waiting for delivery. I phoned customer services on 3 occasions, getting 3 different answers. Please allow 5 to 7 working days. Which I did. Then wait 7 to 10 working days. Which I did. Then please wait 10 to 14 working days. Then I was told they will expedite the delivery. I'm still waiting. I'm already being charged interest on this account as I purchased it using my game card, which I also intend cancelling. Poor service from the start. Lies. I'm cancelling my order today.
